Heartland Finishes, Inc. was founded on hardworking Midwestern values. Our first day of business was March 19, 2002. The original founders were the only employees on that day and are still intricately involved in the operations.
Although we have grown to become one of Des Moines’ premier finishing subcontractors, our team is committed to our customers’ satisfaction. Our goal is to not only meet their expectations, but to exceed them whenever possible.

Eurofins Facilities to be completed by Heartland Finishes
Heartland Finishes, Inc. was awarded the framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings by Graham Construction. Work began in January.
Heartland Finishes donates labor and material to Algona Family YMCA
Heartland Finishes, Inc. donated the labor and material for two donor walls for the new Burlingame Aquatic Center at the Algona Family YMCA in Algona, Iowa. The walls were constructed of metal studs and drywall with a Parex/Lahabra Venetian Plaster Finish.
JCPenney Remodel in Valley West Mall
The Law Company has awarded Heartland Finishes, Inc. the framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings on this project in West Des Moines, Iowa. Work began in February and will last until July.
Van Wall Group in Indianola awarded to Heartland Finishes
Wood and Company awarded us the framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, EIFS, and doors for the Van Wall Group's new retail center in Indianola, Iowa.
