Heartland Finishes, Inc. was founded on hardworking Midwestern values. Our first day of business was March 19, 2002. The original founders were the only employees on that day and are still intricately involved in the operations.
Although we have grown to become one of Des Moines’ premier finishing subcontractors, our team is committed to our customers’ satisfaction. Our goal is to not only meet their expectations, but to exceed them whenever possible.

Heartland was awarded the new Iowa Health Clinic in Indianola. The general contractor is Downing Construction.

Crossland Construction from Columbus, Kansas has written a contract for Heartland to perform work on Ankeny’s new facility.

Heartland Finishes was awarded the Moffit Ford Quick Lane project. It is a new facility at their location in Boone, IA.
